The 152km West Highland Way stretches from Milngavie, near Glasgow, to Fort William. The whole route should take between 7 or 8 days to complete but it is possible to just walk short segments and see the amazing scenery.

The traditional Highland Cattle are very distinctive with their shaggy coats. These hardy breed can be found throughout Scotland and beyond.

Scotland is well known for it's rugged countryside and also the wildlife that can be found there. Not least, the Stag who can often be seen around viewing their territory.

The Commando Memorial in Spean Bridge was built to commemorate those soldiers who had trained around the area between 1942 and 1945.
