From Glasgow

Follow the M8 West out of the city, and at Junction 30 take the M898. Follow this over the bridge, then take the A82 North towards Dumbarton. Stay on the road, past Loch Lomand on your right and at Crianlarich, stay on the A82(bearing left), then at Clifton bear right on to the A82. Follow the A82 along side Loch Linnhe to Fort William.

From Inverness

Take the A82 South from Inverness. Follow this road to Drumnadrochit where you will bear left continuing to follow the A82. You pass Lock Ness on your left and again at Invermoriston, bear left to follow the A82. At Fort Augustus bear right continuing on the A82. Continue to follow the road along side Loch Lochy and at Spean Bridge, bear right to continue on the A82. Follow the A82 until you reach Fort William.
